As a Direct Support Provider for CORTZ Services, LLC, we have positions available in Akron, Barberton, Stow, & Northfield. Essential

Duties include:

Maintaining a therapeutic relationship with the residents

Maintaining order & cleanliness in the homes

Meal Prep

Ensuring the safety of the physical environment in the home

Completing all required documentation for treatment data and service provision

Providing transportation for individuals as needed for appointments, errands, and community outings

Conducting all job-related activities in compliance with relevant Ohio statutes, clinic policies, and procedures

Initiating and maintaining positive relationships with individuals served, co-workers, and supervisors
