Clinical Pharmacist Specialist – Infectious Diseases

Location:

Summit County, OH. Employment:
Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

We’re looking for a pharmacist who loves digging into complex clinical cases, collaborating with engaged providers, and being part of a team that truly values your expertise. This growing pharmacy department is building something special, and they’re looking for an Infectious Diseases specialist who wants to be part of that momentum.

  • Help refine protocols, expand clinical services, and influence department direction.
  • Engage with pharmacy learners through teaching and precepting.

Your Impact
  • Guiding infectious disease therapy and optimizing antimicrobial use.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary rounds.
  • Supporting prescribers and nursing teams with medication‑related decisions.
  • Providing education to staff, residents, and students.
  • Documenting clinical interventions and contributing to quality initiatives.
  • Helping strengthen and expand clinical pharmacy services.
What You Bring
  • Pharm

    D (or BS with strong pediatric experience)
  • Active Ohio pharmacist license
  • PGY1 required; PGY2 preferred
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for p and patient care
