About the Role

At Via Quest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – fostering independence, choice, and empowerment while ensuring their health and safety needs are met.
• Supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in all aspects of their life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle available for transporting individuals served.
• Valid OH driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record meets Via Quest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Ability to push, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. and climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
