• Be the t for antimicrobial dosing and stewardship—your clinical insights directly shape patient care.
• Collaborate daily with strong interdisciplinary teams that value pharmacy involvement.
• Support a wide range of complex pediatric populations, keeping the work clinically rich and rewarding.
• Help refine protocols, expand clinical services, and influence department direction.
• Engage with pharmacy learners through teaching and precepting.

• Guiding infectious disease therapy and optimizing antimicrobial use.
• Participating in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Supporting prescribers and nursing teams with medication‑related decisions.
• Providing education to staff, residents, and students.
• Documenting clinical interventions and contributing to quality initiatives.
• Helping strengthen and expand clinical pharmacy services.

  D (or BS with strong pediatric experience)
• Active Ohio pharmacist license
• PGY1 required; PGY2 preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• A collaborative mindset and passion for p and patient care
