CHC is a non‑profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

• Plan, organize and direct the day‑to‑day activities of the RAMAR program, including clinically supervising and evaluating counseling staff, ensuring exceptional services and monitoring productivity and policy adherence.
• Maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Current license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCC‑S or LISW‑S, or from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDC‑CS.
• Knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, strong leadership, supervision, communication and employee development skills.
