What You'll DoAs a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care and support to individuals in residential and community settings while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal goals

Supporting participation in community activities and outings

Encouraging independence and skill development

Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and household tasks

Maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Completing required documentation and service records

Supporting health, wellness, and personal care needs as appropriate

Transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and community events when needed

Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members

High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license

Acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass required background checks
