As a National Sales Recruiter for TQL, you are responsible for finding top talent for our sales departments across the organization. We are looking for a high-energy, top-producing recruiter with excellent communication skills. You'll manage the entire recruiting process and coordinate with your dedicated hiring managers.

• Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year + promotional raise opportunity
• Quarterly bonus and uncapped earning potential
• Average Year 2 – 3 earnings: $77,300

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners to fill positions with top talent
• Understand hiring needs through communication with hiring managers
• Source candidates through various methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer
• Document all interactions and interview progress in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Handle onboarding paperwork and candidate dispositioning accurately

• 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills with hiring managers
