JR-The Training Manager will lead the plant’s learning and development agenda, ensuring workforce capability through
** job certifications, re-certifications, continuous skills development**, and
** talent management initiatives**. This role combines
** training facilitation expertise
** with
** HR business partnership skills
** to align people development with business priorities.###
** You will be responsible for:
**** 1. Job Certification & Re-certification
*** Design and manage structured certification programs for all machine operator roles.
* Ensure timely re-certification and compliance with internal and external standards.
* Maintain accurate training and certification records in the LMS.
** 2. Training Facilitation & Skills Development
*** Deliver engaging technical and behavioral training sessions for plant employees.
* Use modern facilitation techniques to drive learner engagement and retention.
* Conduct skill gap analysis and implement targeted development programs.
** 3. HR Business Partnership
*** Partner with line managers to identify talent development needs linked to business goals.
* Support succession planning and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
* Act as an HRBP for learning-related interventions and employee capability building.
** 4. Talent Management & Leadership Development
*** Identify high-potential employees and create structured development pathways.
* Facilitate leadership and supervisory development programs at the plant level.
** 5. Compliance & Governance
*** Ensure adherence to statutory and corporate training requirements.
* Prepare training dashboards and reports for audits and management reviews.###
** Qualifications &
Experience:
*** MBA in HR, Engineering, or related field
* 10 + years of experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to HRBP responsibilities.
* Proven experience in
** training facilitation** (technical and behavioral programs).
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.###
** Key
Skills:
**
* ** Strong facilitation and presentation skills
** with ability to engage diverse audiences.
* HRBP capabilities – stakeholder management, talent planning, and employee development.
* Analytical mindset for skill gap analysis and training effectiveness measurement.
