Join EY as a Service Now Senior Consultant – HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and help build a better working world. This role is remote‑eligible and open to candidates across the United States.

- Lead Service Now Transformation teams and engage clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, gather and analyze requirements.
- Analyze new technology solutions to verify they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Travel regularly to meet clients and build relationships.
- Act as a workstream lead across design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of Service Now HRSD projects.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore contributors.
- Provide guidance on Service Now HRSD process implementations and technology transformation.
- Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities to deliver best‑practice recommendations.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field).
- 2–4 years of Service Now HRSD project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one of the following Service Now certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization skills.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel for client needs.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
