SAP – Project Systems – Senior in EY’s Technology Analysis practice.

As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions. You will evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configuring and implementing SAP solutions that align with business needs.
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses.
• Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

• Action-oriented with ability to deliver processes, solutions, and projects; influence beyond project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, architectural thinking, and ability to translate needs into SAP configurations and integrations.
• Analytical thinking, decision-making, and capability to guide junior team members.
• Proven complex problem-solving and relationship management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant SAP ERP experience, preferably across multiple industries.
• At least one full SAP Project System implementation cycle with hands-on configuration in areas such as:
  • Project structures (Project Definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates),
  • Project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP,
  • Integration with other SAP modules (Managerial Accounting, FI subcomponents, MM, Order to Cash, PM, PP, HR).
• Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics (e.g., Results Analysis, Event-Based Revenue Recognition, Resource Related billing).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP knowledge.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems).
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and related industry experience are a plus.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits, with a base salary range of $102,500–$187,900 (NYC Metro/Washington State/California ranges differ as stated in the posting). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and varied paid time off.
• Hybrid work model with most client-facing roles expected to work in person 40–60% of the time across engagements.
