Job Description & How to Apply Below

Senior Product Manager

At Zowie, we're revolutionizing how businesses interact with their customers. We're creating a future where AI agents handle 100% of customer interactions delivering instant, personalized, and exceptional experiences. We believe AI agents represent the next major technological shift, and Zowie is positioned to lead the charge. Leading consumer brands like Get Your Guide , Doc Morris, Monos, Monica Vinader, Decathlon, InPost already trust our AI Agents to be on the front line of their customer care efforts, handling millions of conversations monthly.

With strong market traction and rapid advancements in AI technology opening more and more avenues for product innovation, we're now looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and push the boundaries of the impact that well thought-out AI can have in truly mission-critical use cases. At Zowie we're building cutting edge products and are often the first ones to tackle a given problem.

Oftentimes our delivery = discovery. This is an amazing opportunity for Product people who love turning ambiguity into shipped, adopted products. Curious about the tech you'd be building? Check out how easy creating reliable and delightful customer-facing AI agents can be here.

This might be for you, if you :
  • You are someone who can organize and structure chaos. You must have excellent project management skills.
  • Business-oriented and outcome-driven :
Accountable for revenue unlocked by closing product gaps; delivering PM outputs (problem framing, solution definition, discovery, metrics) that drive adoption, ROI, and growth.
  • Are opinionated, thoughtful and assertive. When you own products you are able to establish your own opinion and defend it with well formed arguments. "Strong opinions loosely held" is the way to go.
  • You prioritize ruthlessly, with the focus on solving real problems and maximizing value to customers.
  • You can fluently move between the technical language of engineering teams and the business language of customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You are an AI-native individual who uses, breathes, experiments with and understands that AI is the next big technological wave. You already experimented and built with AI. You know where the hype of AI ends and reality begins.
Ideally, you'll bring with you :
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management (ideally building B2B SaaS products, ideally in AI space).
  • Discovery & customer empathy :
Boundless curiosity, active listening, and the craft to run user interviews, in-product surveys, and structured research.
  • Product thinking :
Clarity of thought, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and the ability to translate insights into sharp problem statements, specs, and roadmaps.
  • Execution excellence :
Ownership mindset, reliability under deadlines, attention to detail, and persistence to see things through using agile delivery practices.
  • Impact orientation :
Comfort with ambiguity, strong prioritization, and a bias for impact over activity; goal-setting with OKRs and measurable KPIs.
  • Communication & leadership :
Product storytelling, clear internal documentation, enablement briefs, and the ability to tailor the message for GTM vs. Product / Engineering; inspirational, team-first collaborator.
  • Technical literacy :
Comfort in diving into technical details (or learning quickly) to make sound decisions with Engineering.
  • Analytics & experimentation :
Competence with product analytics, KPI definition / measurement, and iterative experimentation.
It will be awesome if you have :
  • Experience building B2B SaaS products, especially in customer service, automation, or AI / LLMs.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and data tools.

Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work - not just for speed, but for creativity, documentation, and scale. We're looking for someone who's excited to develop within this space and contribute to such culture by bringing ideas to the table, and continuously evolving their approach to leverage emerging tools.

We are :
  • Ambitious and innovative. We never settle. We always look for better ways of doing things.
  • Like a sports team. We take ownership of our work and believe in personal accountability. At the same time, we work together, support each other, and focus on winning as a team.
  • Unafraid of change. The market we're in is changing rapidly and we thrive in this ever-evolving environment.
  • Growing fast. You'll have a lot of autonomy and impact as we grow.
