Overview

Seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team in Akron. As a member of our IT support staff, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes responding to phone calls, emails, and tickets to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $1000 per week. Canadian applicants are preferred.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and tickets to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients.

• Previous experience in a similar Help Desk role is required.
