We are seeking a highly experienced 3

DEXPERIENCE Senior Solution Architect to lead a greenfield PLM implementation for automotive customers. The ideal candidate will drive PLM strategy, solution architecture, and business transformation using the 3

DEXPERIENCE platform , working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, future-ready PLM solutions.

• Lead greenfield implementation programs for Automotive PLM customers
• Define and build the PLM roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Drive requirement elicitation , analysis, and mapping to PLM solutions
• Architect and deliver end-to-end PLM solutions on the 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform
• Act as a primary customer-facing solution architect , ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead and manage Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance across engineering, manufacturing, and after-sales PLM processes
• Mentor and guide technical and functional teams during implementation

• End-to-end PLM lifecycle :
  Requirements → Engineering → Manufacturing → After Sales
• Engineering processes :
• Design management
• BOM (EBOM / MBOM)
• Requirement Management
• Variant & Configuration Management
• Project & Program Management
• Manufacturing processes :
• MBOM
• Manufacturing planning and execution in PLM context

• Hands-on experience with 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform (V6 2022x or later preferred)
• Strong exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE tools and integrations
• Experience with Cloud migration and SaaS adoption
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PLM architecture, integrations, and data models

• 15+ years of experience in PLM / 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE ecosystem
• 10+ years of consulting experience in solution architecture and PLM implementations
• Proven experience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions

• Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
• Experience working with global enterprise customers
