Description:
We’re seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools, and excellent communication abilities. Agile experience and SQL knowledge preferred.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.
