Trial Attorney – Litigator & Counselor

This position is based on Epic’s campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Join our legal team to help Epic navigate legal risks as we expand our offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry.

Manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape, and participate in oral arguments, drafting motions and briefs, conducting settlement negotiations, and trying cases.

• JD with 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
