Location:

Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided). The role is based at our Madison campus and requires relocation to the area.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You'll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

• Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas.
• Counsel on risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and collaborators to ensure compliance with legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
