Oversee compliance programs across multiple state jurisdictions and manage credentialing compliance for clinical staff
QualificationsJD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
3-5 years of experience at a law firm combined with in-house counsel experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations and healthcare contracting
Experience navigating multi-state regulatory environments
Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
