Are you a detail-oriented, business-minded attorney looking to expand your in-house experience? We’re looking for a Manager, Legal Counsel to join our collaborative Legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a variety of commercial and litigation matters while learning directly from seasoned in-house counsel.

You’ll have the chance to grow your skills in contract negotiation, litigation support, and business partnership—all while contributing to a dynamic and purpose-driven company.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor, service, NDA, and technology agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to align contracts with business goals while managing legal risk.
• Help refine and maintain contract templates and playbooks to support consistent, efficient operations.
• Provide practical guidance and training on contract policies and best practices.

• Support active and potential litigation, including coordinating with outside counsel, organizing documentation, and assisting with discovery.
• Conduct initial claim evaluations and contribute to case assessments and settlement strategies.
• Draft settlement and severance agreements.
• Assist with internal investigations and dispute resolution efforts.
• Help manage the company’s litigation tracking and reporting tools.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission (Ohio preferred or eligible to become licensed in Ohio).
• 1–2 years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts or litigation (in-house or law firm).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for learning and a desire to build a long-term career in corporate law.
