We are seeking a Regional Controller to lead operations accounting and financial analysis across multiple manufacturing locations. This role will partner closely with operational and corporate leadership to drive alignment between strategic initiatives and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing financial processes, overseeing regional accounting operations, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance and operational leadership to streamline and standardize accounting practices and processes across regional facilities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategy.
• Analyze cost structures and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Direct and manage financial operations for assigned locations, including reporting, compliance, and budgeting activities.
• Supervise and develop a regional team of Assistant Controllers and Controllers at various sites.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure asset protection and financial accuracy.
• Act as the liaison between site-level operations and the corporate finance team to ensure clear communication and unified execution of strategic initiatives.
• Present financial insights and performance updates to both regional and corporate stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct supervision and development of finance personnel, including Assistant Controller(s) and Controller(s) at assigned facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Must have previous experience as a Controller.
• Strong background in cost accounting is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
• 7 years or more of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to improve accounting systems and processes in a multi-site manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed business decisions.
• Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed.
• Primary work is performed in an office setting with occasional exposure to plant production environments.
• Requires the ability to navigate industrial settings where noise and temperature variations may be present.
• Hearing protection and adherence to safety protocols required in plant areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while performing facility inspections.
• Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
