About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

They will also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects using project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of project budgeting and financial management.
• Experience in the specific industry relevant to the organization’s projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
