Shift: 11p-7a. Salary: $27-$33 + $1.00 Shift Differential.

• Scrap rates for assigned presses.
• Monitor actual cycle times and efficiency.
• Maintain process parameter sheets (inform engineer).
• Identify problems (press/robot/EOAT) and provide feedback to engineer.
• Logbook entry and shift issue pass‑down.
• Keep machines clean (purge/pellets/parts & runners).
• Identify root cause and document in barco at each press stoppage (accurate data).
• Clean tools in assigned area each shift.
• Observe proper break times.
• Train setup in process and ensure proper startup of presses and tools.
• Other duties as needed.

• Prior processing experience and/or technical training, 3–5 years’ experience required.
• High School Diploma / GED.
