About the RoleWe are seeking a Manual Machinist to join our team. This is primarily Bridgeport mill work with some lathe operation—all low-volume, custom parts. You won’t be stuck running high-quantity production; instead, you’ll work on unique projects that require precision and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do- Operate manual Bridgeport mills and lathes to produce low-volume, custom parts
- Safely align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to inspect parts and verify tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications
- Machine a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and titanium
- Maintain and calibrate tooling and production equipment
- Follow all applicable safety requirements in the workshop
- Experience with manual machining (Bridgeport experience preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to learn — we are open to training the right candidate

- $20–$35/hr based on skill and experience
- 40–55 hrs/week – early start, early finish schedule
