We are seeking a Manual Machinist to join our team. This is primarily Bridgeport mill work with some lathe operation—all low-volume, custom parts. You won’t be stuck running high-quantity production; instead, you’ll work on unique projects that require precision and craftsmanship.

• Operate manual Bridgeport mills and lathes to produce low-volume, custom parts
• Safely align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to inspect parts and verify tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications
• Machine a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and titanium
• Maintain and calibrate tooling and production equipment
• Follow all applicable safety requirements in the workshop

• Experience with manual machining (Bridgeport experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to learn — we are open to training the right candidate

• $20–$35/hr based on skill and experience
