Overview
Loader Operator — Akron
We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Akron. You will operate heavy machinery to load and move materials such as dirt, rocks, and sand. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting equipment, following safety procedures, and communicating with other team members.
Responsibilities- Operate loaders and related equipment to load and move materials (e.g., dirt, rocks, sand).
- Maintain and inspect equipment; report any issues or needed repairs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow.
- Experience operating loaders.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Contract position with potential for full-time employment.
- Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
