As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our communications efforts, assisting with both internal and external communications strategies.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
• Support the creation of written content including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts
• Monitor media coverage and report on relevant trends
• Coordinate and assist in organizing events and outreach activities
• Manage and update the organization’s social media accounts
• Conduct research to support communication initiatives and projects

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of media relations and communication strategies
