• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
• Healthcare Setting: On-Site Hospital
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Weekly Hours: 36

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State RN license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and clinical support initiatives
