Director of Nursing (LPN or RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in our assisted living community. The DON is responsible for overseeing nursing services, medication management, staff supervision, resident assessments, and regulatory compliance in accordance with state requirements and community policies.

This role requires a hands-on clinical leader who can support staff, address issues in real time, and partner with administration to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and capable of maintaining clinical standards while fostering a supportive team environment.

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing

• Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
