• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty
• Active Ohio nursing license required at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted)
• One professional reference from a direct supervisor or manager in specialty
• All required certifications must be active with no pending items
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
• Clear background check with no open cases
• Clean licensure history required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start date
• Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprints within 48 hours of contract signing
