Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a full-time, 13-week contract. You will provide direct field-based care to patients in their homes across your assigned territory, with daily travel and mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities include OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy, chronic disease management, and patient/family education. A valid RN license and proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) are required, with about 30 visits weekly.
