Sage Group Health Care Staffing seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week travel/contract position based in Akron, OH. Open to local and traveler candidates; 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri with weekend rotation. Mileage reimbursement and M&I stipend available for eligible travelers.
Requirements include ASN/BSN, Ohio RN license, 2+ years of hospice/home health, and BLS certification. OASIS experience preferred;
Covid vaccination or exemption required.
