We are partnering with a well-established pediatric healthcare organization seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Manager
- Pediatric Emergency Department.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for a nursing professional with a strong background in pediatric emergency or critical care nursing, clinical operations, and team development.

The Senior Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations within a high-acuity pediatric emergency department, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and a supportive environment for patients, families, and clinical staff.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of pediatric clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to develop and inspire high-performing nursing teams.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required, or must be obtained within three years of hire.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including pediatric emergency or pediatric critical care experience.
• Demonstrated clinical experience caring for pediatric patients in high-acuity environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and/or NRP certification required within the applicable timeframe based on departmental responsibilities.
• Experience managing clinical teams, staffing, budgets, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary leadership skills.

• Base Salary: $120,000- $130,000 annually
• Management Incentive: 5% annual incentive opportunity
