American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Med/Surg Tele night shift position requiring an active OH or compact license and 1 year of combined Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (NIHSS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• No open background check cases accepted
• No hits on professional license accepted

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients during night shift hours
• Will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to pass
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only
• Flu vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• Travelers are expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
