• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including assessments, medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and escalating concerns as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory and accrediting agency standards

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
