** Why This Role Matters
** As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a key role in coordinating and conducting material, component, product and process compliance audits.
** What You'll Do
*** Champion quality by
** supporting compliance
** with international standards (IATF 16949, ISO 17025, etc.), work instructions, and specifications.
* ** Nurture and continuously improve
** the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains effective and up to date.
* Thoughtfully
** track audit findings**, collaborate on root cause analysis, and support resolution of non-conformities.
* Conduct
** Customer Requirement Self-Audits
** and
** Second-Party Audits
** with a partnership-driven mindset.
* Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on
** customer and external audits**, ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes.
* Follow up on
** Corrective Action Reports and Non-Conformance Reports**, while also highlighting opportunities and sharing best practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to
** drive FMEA and Control Plan updates**, evaluating risks and supporting proactive decision-making.
** What You'll Bring
*** A
** Bachelor’s degree
** in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
* ** At least 3 years of experience
** in Quality (considered a strong asset).
* Hands-on experience with
** problem-solving methodologies
** such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, and Fishbone Analysis.
* Solid knowledge of
** IATF 16949 and ISO 17025
** standards.
* Familiarity with
** Quality Core Tools** (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans).
* ** Fluency in Turkish and English**, both written and spoken.
* ** Strong interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and engage diverse stakeholders.
