• Leadership and Management
  :
  Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full‑time employees (Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s), Customer Service Representative(s)). Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules staff, ensuring a clean, stocked, and professional store environment.
• Store Relationships
  :
  Develops positive supplier relationships, resolves customer complaints, maintains on‑site attendance, and promotes a safe, positive community image.
• Training and Development
  :
  Prepares performance appraisals, trains employees on service, image, safety, cash handling, and ensures completion of required training.
• Communications
  :
  Establishes timely communication with all staff and district manager.
• Organizing and Planning
  :
  Manages store files, reports, merchandising, and regulatory signage.
• Financial
  :
  Analyzes daily sales, budgets P&L, safeguards cash, and reports discrepancies to District Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years retail experience (or equivalent).
• Ability to supervise, train, and use equipment listed in CSR, LSR, and SA job descriptions.
• Computer proficiency for reports, inventory, cash, and employment forms.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability.
• English communication (oral & written) and physical ability to work required duties.
• Food Server certificate (e.g., Serv Safe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to temperature extremes, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.
• Maintain standing, walking, and operating a cash register or computer for entire shift.
• Climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, and occasional noise exposure.

• Primarily indoor work (~95%), with occasional outdoor duties (parking lot cleaning, gas pumps, garbage removal).
• Work under minimal direction with periodic supervision.
