AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Part-time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering an amazing shopping experience, representing the brand, and building loyalty with guests.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about products. You strive to provide everyone who visits the store with an outstanding experience and bring your real self to work while upholding company values.

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team in achieving goals.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work during guest shopping times (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
