- Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000–$105,000 per year.

The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door‑to‑door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners, showcase features and benefits of our products and services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to change based on conditions).
- Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of personal vehicle is required; reimbursement at IRS rate for travel outside territory.
