Job Description

Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with over 500 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative dedicated to driving sales and providing excellent service to grow our Pure Barre community.

This role offers the opportunity to engage daily with clients and contribute to a supportive and meaningful environment.

Position

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in generating new memberships by attracting new clients, building relationships, delivering positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process to secure memberships. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals and needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present services to current and prospective members.
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet sales targets.
  • Participate in community events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and hospital events to promote the club.
  • Develop and improve selling skills continuously.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure follow-through on activities.
  • Manage inventory for retail clothing and other items.
  • Complete relevant training programs.
  • Take photos for social media platforms.
  • Perform light cleaning of retail areas, studio, and restrooms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
    • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system.
    • Strong communication skills via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient computer skills.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
