We’re looking for a motivated colleague to join our truck tire sales team - someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and become a trusted advisor for our customers. Whether you’re a
** recent graduate
** taking your first steps into sales or an
** experienced sales professional**, we’ll tailor our training and onboarding to match your skills, knowledge, and capabilities - giving you exactly what you need to succeed.
** What you’ll be responsible for**:
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with dealers and transportation companies in Prague area and selected regions in Bohemia
* Collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen our distribution network, including conducting training sessions and product presentations for customers and partners
* Acting as a technical advisor and consultant (don’t worry — we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
* Assisting in resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care
* Meeting sales targets and contributing to team success
* Working closely with customer service colleagues to ensure excellent client support
** Who we’re looking for**:
* University degree (preferably in business, economics, technical or related fields)
* A sales-oriented mindset - you listen to customers and look for solutions, not excuses
* Willingness to learn and absorb technical product knowledge (we’ll provide thorough trainings)
* Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
* Native Czech speaker, Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)
* Valid driver’s license (category

B)
* Computer skills (MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel (pivot tables))
* Previous sales experience is nice to have, but not essential - we’re open to recent graduates and those looking for a career shift
