At CHEZ-DEL, we believe every home has the potential to be reimagined. As an Interior Designer, you’ll guide our customers through the design process. Whether you are selecting the perfect focal point piece for their room or helping to develop a full room or home design, you’ll help homeowners feel confident and excited as they make design decisions, selecting the finishes and details that transform their space into something beautiful, functional, and unmistakably theirs.

Your role will be to work with existing clients as well as walk-in customers to access needs, create tailored design solutions, present spatial solutions and layouts while preparing quotes and guiding projects from the sales process to the final delivery.

• Develop space plans, design concepts and product selections tailored to client requirements. Prepare proposals and follow through to close sales while providing exceptional customer service.
• Meet individual sales goals while maintaining high design standards.
• Maintain knowledge of product offering, pricing and current design trends.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with all staff and vendors. Value teamwork, communication, mutual respect and contribute to a positive workplace attitude.
• Follow up with existing customers to support repeat business and long-term relationships as well as networking to gain new clientele.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and product education.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns in partnership with support staff.

• Strong clientele following.
• At least 5 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Proficiency in floor planning software.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and experience in consistent communication with clientele.
• Experience in a showroom or design center setting with incentive-driven sales experience.

• Salary commensurate with experience and sales level achieved.
• Gross annual income consists of a base salary plus commissions.
• Includes 401k with company match, life insurance, and health insurance benefits.
