Open Position:New Home Consultant
At Wayne Homes, we guide customers in understanding what they need and want in a home. We help them find the floor plan that best suits their needs and assist with customization. This role has a significant impact on a person's life and provides both personal satisfaction and the opportunity to drive sales.
Schedule:
Full-time, including weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week. Model Home Centers are closed on most major holidays.
- Generate sales to meet sales goals.
- Maintain thorough notes and updates in the sales system.
- Conduct customer meetings – in-person or virtual.
- Utilize sales, construction, and marketing tools to educate customers.
- Create custom drawings based on customer needs.
- Develop robust product knowledge of all offerings, including specifications, warranties, and installation techniques.
- Maintain model displays through daily walks.
- Accurately use the 3 Steps to Great Service method.
- Go the extra mile with small, special touches for customers.
- Pursue continual learning opportunities.
- Work with the Sales Manager to track, project, and plan future sales.
- Driven individual with limitless earning potential.
- Stable work history – sales experience preferred.
- Flexible with a willingness to adapt.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
