Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive market expansion and build lasting client partnerships. Your Impact
In this role, youll:
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Focus on traveling contractors, shutdown crews, and project-based organizations needing skilled labor support. Drive business growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships. Conduct client workforce assessments and recommend tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement). Use the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) to close Client Service Agreements (CSA) and maintain profitable, long-term relationships.
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth project fulfillment and excellent client satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales and delivery cycle. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales, profitability, and CSA targets. What Youll Bring
High School Diploma required;
Associates or Bachelors preferred. 3+ years of B2B or consultative sales experienceconstruction, industrial, or staffing industry background ideal. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing key accounts. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience handling long-term partnerships and complex service agreements. Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing and retention. Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and a drive to succeed.
