Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a motivated, professional Luxury Sales Consultant to represent the Lexus brand and provide an exceptional experience to every guest. Whether your background is in luxury automotive, high‑end retail, hospitality, or real estate—if you know how to connect with people and deliver value, we want to meet you.
What We OfferOne of the most lucrative sales compensation structures in the industry
5‑day work week:
Monday–Friday (9AM–6PM), Saturday (9AM–5PM), Closed Sundays
Up to $600/month Lexus vehicle allowance upon Lexus Master Certification
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) retirement plan with company match
Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Progressive PTO Plan:
- 10 days after 1 year
- 15 days after 3 years
- 20 days after 5 years
- 21–25 days between years 10 and 14
Paid training and career development support

Responsibilities- Deliver a best‑in‑class, consultative guest experience
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain follow‑up communication
- Present vehicle features and benefits with confidence and accuracy
- Coordinate financing and lease options with transparency and integrity
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Previous sales experience required; luxury or relationship‑based selling preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Available to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
