Scott Tatro & Associates is a top producing agency in Ohio selling for Allstate Insurance company. Our agency is located 1/4 south of the old Chapel Hill Mall location, servicing the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls/Tallmadge area.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, computer skilled individual with an outgoing personality to help service our existing customers. You must be able to multi-task and have the desire to achieve and succeed in a customer-focused sales career opportunity. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service includes insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy information, policy changes, claim reporting and billing inquiries.
Job Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Empathetic qualities with an understanding of how to professionally treat customers.
  • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be dependable!!
