Division 1 is growing, and we’re looking for driven, motivated sales professionals to join our team.

As a Roofing Sales Representative
, you’ll work directly with homeowners to understand their roofing needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the process of selecting the right roofing products and services for their homes.

• Connect with homeowners and generate new retail roofing business
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and build a strong sales pipeline
• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present roofing products, services, and project options
• Prepare estimates and proposals and confidently close sales
• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales information in CRM systems
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and stay focused on results
• Valid driver’s license
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required – training is provided
• $85K+ minimum earning potential with a true six-figure opportunity
