Inside Sales Representative

Growth at Netflix Studios stalled below where it should be, so we opened an Inside Sales Representative position for a mid-level closer fluent in Consultative Selling. Pair zero-bureaucracy drive with 5 years and Netflix Studios returns $56,000 - $83,000, an Akron base, and growth that outpaces the title.

• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize spend against revenue targets
• Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social selling to fill the temporary pipeline
• Translate Miller Heiman dashboards into stories the sales floor actually uses
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling
• Keep Akron renewals from slipping by owning the timeline
• Negotiate renewals before the sales marketing contract goes quiet
• Design landing pages and conversion funnels that turn traffic into customers

• Mid-level mastery of Miller Heiman, validated by people who'd hire you again
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Resilience measured across 3 years of sales marketing cycles
• The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly

Anchored in Akron, OH, Netflix Studios designs the kind of team-oriented systems that sales marketing teams quietly depend on every single day. Feedback flows in every direction, so good ideas reach the table no matter who voices them.

The package speaks for itself: $56,000 - $83,000, coaching, coverage, and the flexible temporary hours that bias-to-action sales marketing pros expect.
