Roles and Responsibilities- Ensure safety is always adhered to using proper procedures such as 100% tie‑off and completing daily JSA/toolbox talks.
- Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met.
- Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete by reviewing BOMs.
- Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with a 50 lb. load.
- Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations.
- Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members.
- Ensure tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly.
- Ability to perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site.
- Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analyses.
- Complete project required close‑out packages and take required photos, sending them to management to verify installation has been done properly.
- Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foremen according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Travel ability nationwide.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite.
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity, and rain through the year.
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel‑toed boots.
- 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
- 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
The starting pay for this position is $30/hr and is based on skillset and experience aligning to the job description.
