Seeking an experienced leader to manage daily roofing operations, enforce safety standards, and guide crews to deliver top-quality commercial roofing solutions. Must have strong leadership skills, technical roofing expertise, and the ability to efficiently oversee projects.

• Lead daily job site operations and manage crew activities
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and enforce compliance
• Maintain expert knowledge of all roofing systems installed by Diamond Roofing Systems
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets job specifications
• Supervise, train, and assess crew members to maximize productivity
• Communicate with customers, architects, and general contractors
• Complete daily reports and handle administrative duties efficiently
• Set work standards, maintain morale, and foster a positive work environment
• Establish and monitor daily and weekly project goals to ensure efficiency

• Safely climb and navigate ladders to access roofing structures
• Accurately measure, cut, and install roofing materials according to project specifications
• Efficiently remove old roofing materials and install new commercial roofing systems
• Work with various roofing materials, including tar, asphalt, gravel, metal, insulation, EPDM, and TPO
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project completion

• Must be able to climb ladders and lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs)
• Ability to stand, balance, and move comfortably on sloped roofs when necessary
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions, including intense heat and cold
• Must be able to work in environments that may be dusty, wet, or otherwise challenging
• Requires strong balance and comfort working at significant heights
• Ability to kneel for extended periods, push/pull materials, and perform repetitive motions as needed
