Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Security Systems Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The Security Systems Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing non‑functional solutions, installing, programming or configuring, inspecting or provide general customer service on security systems including video, access control, intrusion detection, gates and other electronic security devices.
Responsibilities- Install and configure security systems including video cameras, access control panels, intrusion detection sensors, gates and other electronic security devices, following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Programming:
- Program and customize security systems to meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers, including setting up user permissions, alarm thresholds, and notification preferences.
