• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• PGA certification highly preferred (minimum level
  2)
• Strong customer service experience with extensive knowledge of golf fundamentals
• Proven ability to handle confidential Company information and sensitive employee matters with discretion
• Commitment to upholding ethical work standards

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff
