Crane Operator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Akron. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites. You will also perform routine maintenance on the crane and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid crane operator certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
• Knowledge of various crane types and their capabilities
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment according to project requirements
• Conduct pre-operational checks on the crane and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication to ensure safe operation of the crane
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines at all times
• Inspect lifting equipment for defects before use
• Keep accurate records of materials lifted and moved using logs or other documentation
• Assist in rigging loads for lifting when needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
• Ensure work site is kept clean and organized

This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per week. This position does not include accommodation. We welcome applicants from Kenya or any other nationality with valid work permits.
